:: Leadership: Chadric Humphreys, Founder

As the Founder and Creative Director of Diseño, Chadric is the driving force behind the firm’s successful fusion of strategic and design excellence. For the past seventeen years, he's provided brand development and design expertise for projects and companies spanning a diverse range of industries, including biotech, entertainment, financial, food packaging, high-tech, legal, medical, software and sports fitness. Chadric ensures that Diseño remains driven by the concept of partnerships – creative design partnering with business strategy, and designers partnering with clients.

Chadric earned his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the California State University San Luis Obispo in 1994. He began his career at a prominent marketing firm in downtown San Francisco, making an immediate contribution with his creative ability and graphic design skills. Chadric’s participation in campaigns for Baskin Robbins, Levi’s and the California Milk Advisory Board exposed him to the marketing methodologies and design principles used by large-scale agencies. Even today, he incorporates aspects of the strategies, communication and management gleaned from those extensive projects.

Moving to Los Angeles, Chadric focused his talents on Hollywood and entertainment design. He injected his crisp, clean style of brand characteristics into marketing projects for Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Columbia Tri-Star, Universal Studios, Saban Entertainment and Capitol Records. Working with the major movie studios provided further opportunities to influence the development and launch of global brand campaigns. Also while in LA, Chadric created exceptional product packaging and marketing collateral for the domestic units of FOX Interactive, Mattel, Logitech and Eidos.

In early 2003, Chadric founded Diseño Communications Corporation in San Diego, California. Diseño is a brand design firm that helps high-tech, biotech, and professional services companies increase their brand awareness and market presence.
